This includes DNS, networking, security policies, servers, containers, and a whole host of vendor-specific constructs.  In this category, the use of cloud provider-agnostic tooling is strongly encouraged. These skills can be applied across most cloud providers, and the more specific domain-specific languages tend to have less reach.
